University Sing
Campus Activities Council’s University Sing is an OU tradition that showcases the vocal, dance, and theatrical talent of students at the University each fall semester. The entire show itself is an anthological collection of 7 mini-shows, each about 10 minutes long, that utilize a different cast of around 40 members for every mini-show. Casts also are competing against each other in hopes of winning first place.

Every year brings a different and unique theme for casts to work with, and for the 2022 University Sing year, my own theme idea was chosen and I had the opportunity to create the branding and identity for the whole show. The theme was “Campfire Stories,” where casts were challenged with creating a show using elements that one would share around a campfire. This could be love stories, scary ghost stories, tall tales, or anything that someone would tell around a campfire, blankets covering their legs while roasting marshmallows for their s’mores. I created logos, themes, social media identity, t-shirts, and the playbill for the general event theme itself.

Something about the design elements
